Macro Merge recruits engineers, product managers, designers and data people for startups across India. Most of our work starts with a company, not a job board, so many of the roles we work on aren't advertised.
How we work with candidates.
We'll tell you the real situation.
The company's stage, what isn't working, and why the role exists, including the hard parts. If a company asks us to keep its name confidential at first, we'll still describe the situation honestly.
We won't share your profile without asking.
We'll always tell you which company we'd like to introduce you to, and get your agreement first.
We'll tell you why we think you fit,
and what we're less sure about.
Part of our screening uses AI.
For technical roles, you'll complete an AI-run interview built around the company's brief. We'll tell you before it happens, every result is reviewed by a person, and the AI never makes a decision on its own.
We'll be straight with you about the outcome.
If a company decides not to proceed, we'll tell you. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

Your information
If you share your details, we keep them for 24 months to consider you for relevant roles, and delete them after that, or sooner if you ask. We never share them with a company without your permission. See the privacy notice.
